Mrs. Rashmi Hedaoo is a distinguished Quality Management professional with expertise in Lean Six Sigma, holding a Black Belt certification from General Electrics. With over 25+ years of diverse experience, she has led numerous value innovation programs, achieving significant cost savings, and has a track record of mentoring over 450+ improvement projects. As a skilled trainer, Rashmi has trained over 3000+ candidates in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management across prestigious organizations. Her educational background includes a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Science from Mumbai University, along with certifications in PMP, MSP Foundation, and Prince2 Practitioner. Rashmi’s outstanding contributions have been recognized with awards such as the Business Unit Leadership Award and Innovation Champion, showcasing her leadership and innovation capabilities.
Mr. Atul Lapalikar
Mr. Atul Lapalikar is a seasoned engineering professional with over 25 years of rich, multi-industrial experience in process improvement, quality management, Industry 4.0 and digital transformation, primarily in the automotive and renewable energy sectors. He is a proficient Trainer, Facilitator, Coach, and Mentor, known for leading teams towards excellence. Mr. Atul has held pivotal roles in notable organizations such as Bosch Chassis Systems, Tata Ficosa, and Suzlon Energy, contributing to significant process enhancements and supplier development activities. He is a Masters in Quality Management, an MBA in Financial Management, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, along with a Six Sigma-Master Black Belt certification. Mr. Atul’s achievements include training numerous personnel in Lean Six Sigma and Industry 4.0, leading process excellence initiatives across industries.
Dr R Prabu Ananth
Dr R. Prabu Ananth is a renowned Trainer and Consultant with an impressive combination of academic and professional credentials. Holding a BE in Electrical & Electronics, an MBA, and a Ph.D. in Total Quality Management, he has dedicated his career to the pursuit of excellence in quality assurance and management. With over 7 years of experience in the industry and 25 years in consulting, training, and auditing, Dr Ananth has significantly contributed to the management and excellence field. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a Lead Auditor for ISO standards, and an Internal Auditor for Aerospace and Automotive Standards. His expertise has led to the successful training and consultation for the management system certification of over 500 organizations across the country.
Mr. Kaushik Merchant
Mr. Kaushik Merchant is a highly accomplished Consultant, Trainer, and Assessor, renowned for his expertise in Sustainability, EHS roadmaps, ESG, and GHG management with overall experience of 39+ years. He has conducted several assessments across diverse sectors such as Engineering, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals, and more, significantly contributing to advancing sustainability excellence.
